In the fall, we like to celebrate the power of the pumpkin. It seems to ingratiate its way into almost everything (along with some random pairings), but no one can deny the legitimacy of a pumpkin muffin; the correct application for this versatile vegetable.

Each bag makes 14 full-sized muffins. So grab a cozy blanket, make a mug of hot cocoa, and snack on these hooverable pumpkin-infused muffins.

If you only use a portion of the bag, store it in a cool, dry place until your next muffin run.


Cane sugar, Sorghum Flour, Millet Flour, Tapioca Starch, Cinnamon, Monocalcium Phosphate (leavening agent), Sodium Bicarbonate (leavening agent), Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt, Ginger, Nutmeg.


Combine a 14 oz can of pumpkin puree to ½ cup of milk (or vegan alternative), an egg (optional) and ⅓ cup of canola oil. Stir in the WTF Pumpkin Muffin Mix. Try adding some walnuts, chocolate chips or raisins.

Scoop the batter into a lined or greased muffin tray and bake at 375°C for 25-30 minutes; until the tops are golden brown and bounce back when you give them a friendly poke. Friendly.

Serve with pumpkin spiced hummus. No, we’re joking. That would be gross.

Store on counter with a towel over top to keep crisp texture or pop into freezer to have fresh muffins anytime.
