HOW IT’S MADE
A lot of thought goes into making our sorbet. First we select the highest quality in-season fruit from a variety of Ontario farms. This means that you will only find rhubarb in the spring and cherry in the summer.
After a thorough wash, we blend the fruit with sugar, water and a plant-based stabilizer until the mixture is perfectly smooth. Then we pour the mixture into our small batch freezer. Air is incorporated into the mixture while the sorbet quickly freezes so that when it comes out, it has a light, creamy texture.
NUT + DAIRY FREE
Don’t be fooled by the creamy texture. All of our sorbets are nut and dairy free, making them perfect treats for those with allergies or dietary needs.
