Specially formulated to help quell an upset stomach, aid digestion, and help ease symptoms of nausea and motion sickness, inhaling the aroma will help you chart a fast course to feeling well again.

For nausea, roll a small amount of oil under the nose, neck, behind the ears and on the collarbone. Breathe deeply to inhale aroma. For upset stomach, dilute in a carrier oil and apply topically to the lower back, and on the stomach in a circular motion.
