Don't go too far into Cajun Country's gloomy forests or swamps at night. You could come face to face with the Rougarou, a towering, scary, bloodthirsty beast. He wanders the sugar cane fields in search of food, ripping his victims apart, consuming their blood, and then transforming them into unworldly animals as well. Even if you don't think he's real, you should take care to avoid getting in his path.

This is our take on the classic Louisiana style hot sauce we all love, but with a high focus on top quality, fresh and local ingredients.
