Refund & Exchange Policy – The Bridge Social Inc.
We’re a small, community-focused shop featuring locally made, handcrafted, and specialty goods. Because of the nature of our products, please review the following carefully:
🛍️ All Sales Final
Most items in our shop—including makeup, skincare, food items, beverages, handcrafted goods, jewellery, and used/vintage clothing—are final sale and non-refundable for safety and hygiene reasons.
If you have any concerns about the quality of your purchase, please reach out to us in-store or by email at info@thebridgesocial.ca and we’ll do our best to make it right.
👕 Seasonal Exchange Period (Nov 1 – Dec 31 Purchases)
For new clothing items only, purchases made between November 1 and December 31 2025 may be exchanged for a different size (if available in stock) until January 7 2026, when accompanied by:
• The original receipt, and
• The item in its original condition with tags attached.
No refunds will be issued for new clothing; size exchanges only.
