Ingredients:  organic cooked grape must, organic wine vinegar

Fine flavoured character with classic oak notes. At the end the acidity develops into a fruity taste with intense notes of fresh cooked must and red fruits. Obtained from the Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes from the Modena area. The high percentage of grape must is cooked in small batches for 10 hours to obtain the perfect cooked grape must. Blend with red wine vinegar (70%). Refined in small oak wood barrels made from new wood
