BIO Vintage (Red Label) Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients:  organic cooked grape must, organic wine vinegar

Has a thick texture, and a pleasant sweet taste, that will truly delight your palate. A balanced level of acidity perfectly alternates the initial sweetness. Clearly detectable intense notes of cooked must, and oak wood. Obtained from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes from the Modena area. The high percentage of grape must is cooked in small batches for 10 hours to obtain the perfect cooked grape must. Blend with red wine vinegar (70%). Refined in small oak wood barrels made from new wood.
