SHADOW- A Dark Blend A bold coffee that is rich and complex. It is remarkably smooth and satisfying with a nice solid foundation. We find subtle notes of almond, walnut and peanut. Brown sugar and chocolate are increasingly dominant as it cools.
A Bolder coffee – chocolate, brown sugar, balancedBrew this full strength for best effect.

A Medium Coffee with a broad range of flavours based in brown sugar and baking spices. We find many other interesting flavours wafting as we enjoy the cup like chocolate, orange, berry, and caramel.
We recommend brewing this coffee at 3/4 strength, but it works nicely at full strength too!
