Inside the blend:

Mullein leads the blend as a time-honoured respiratory herb, traditionally used to clear the lungs, ease congestion, and soothe irritated airways. Red clover adds mild anti-inflammatory support and a light, pleasant sweetness. Tulsi basil brings flavour and adaptogenic support. Marshmallow leaf and flower coat and soothe mucous membranes, offering relief for dry or inflamed throats and airways. Anise hyssop closes with a gentle, naturally sweet anise note that makes this one of our most enjoyable blends.

Ingredients: mullein, red clover, tulsi basil, marshmallow leaf&flower, anise hyssop

For a hot cup: Steep 1-2 tsp of herb in 8fl oz of just-boiled water. Let steep 5-10min. For a more potent cup, steep up to 20 minutes. Sweeten to taste.

For a cold infusion: combine loose-leaf tea and cold water in a pitcher and let the tea infuse the water for 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator. Strain, sweeten, and enjoy.
