The Heirloom Collection is a celebration of exceptional coffees and thoughtful sourcing. Each release offers a balanced, fruit forward cup that highlights the character of its origin.

As we source different coffees, subtle flavour nuances evolve, making each offering a unique expression of place.

This coffee is naturally processed, with the whole cherry dried intact on the seed. The dried fruit is removed only just prior to shipment. During the drying process, natural fermentation within the fruit develops the distinctive fruity character for which this coffee is known.

Available in 12oz, 1lb and 2lb bags.
