We think that life is short and you need to take advantage of it by doing something amazing everyday. And while you are at it, you might as well drink great coffee! We take this attitude into our coffee roasting by ethically sourcing the best coffee in the world and expertly roasting it fresh for you. In addition to coffee, our passion is to be outside in the Canadian North and hit the trails, water and hills.

OUR COFFEE

We work directly with top green coffee importers to obtain the best green coffee from around the world. These importers work directly with the farmers and not only provide premium prices for top quality coffee, but work with them to improve their production and establish long-term relationships and sustainability for their farms and families.

DAWN PATROL- MEDIUM ROAST COFFEE 

Our flagship Dawn Patrol Blend fuels every mission with bold, balanced flavour. Now inspired by first responders, this blend changes seasonally to bring together 3 amazing ethically sourced beans to create a bold and balanced coffee. A portion of proceeds supports Wounded Warriors Canada.

SUMMIT- ESPRESSO BLEND COFFEE 

Summit is our performance inspired freshly roasted espresso blend. It is amazing on its own or in any milk drink. It packs a ton of punch in a flavourful shot that will have you ready to tackle any climb!

Origin - Brazilian and Columbian  Roast - Medium/Dark (Agtron 45-55)

Brew Method - Espresso, Drip Tasting Notes - Cherry, Chocolate

EPIC CHILL - DECAF COFFEE 

Epic Chill is our amazing decaf blend. It’s a blend of 3 beans and is decaffeinated using the Swisswater process to give a full bodied, balanced, flavourful coffee without the caffeine. It’s perfect to unwind after an epic day.

BACK COUNTRY - DARK ROAST COFFEE 

Back Country is our paddling inspired dark roast that we have created for the adventurous coffee drinker who makes the effort to explore the less travelled route.  We have carefully roasted it to develop a complete and bold flavour profile that will make you eager to find what's beyond the next portage! 

Origin - South America Roast - Dark (Agtron 40-45)

Brew Method - Drip, Press, Pourover, Espresso Tasting Notes - bakers chocolate, toasted caramel.
