These typical Calabrian olives are oven baked to the perfect chewy texture leaving you with a sweet, salty, smokey experience. They are candy on a charcuterie board. Olives are a powerful and delicious fruit and great for your gut! They are rich in good monounsaturated fats and minerals such as iron and copper. They’re also full of vitamin E, polyphenols and flavonoids which have anti-inflammatory benefits.

Ideal Pairings: toss with pasta, rice or quinoa dishes, add to stuffing before baking, stir into sandwich or wrap fillings, top pizza, bruschetta or flatbread before baking, add to tomato sauce or egg dishes, add to potato or tomato salad, fish stew or enjoy on their own right out of the jar!
