Hot/Cold Healing Bags

Handmade rice bags can be used hot or cold. 

- Place wrap flat in microwave for 2 minutes in 30 second intervals, checking wrap in between each as not to burn rice

- place wrap in waterproof bag and place in freezer for cold wrap 

-only spot clean as wraps can not get wet
