Mythic Mole Spice Rub

Rich and complex, our organic Mythic Mole spice rub is the spirit of mole. The traditional savoury chocolate sauce of Mexico, mole is difficult to make but easy to enjoy. Try it on your favourite protein or sprinkled on corn or roast veggies. Chocolate for dinner? You bet!

Instructions for optimal pleasure: coat your favourite protein liberally prior to cooking, or add a dash after cooking for more intense flavour. Try it sprinkled on freshly cooked corn. Serve with a squeeze of lime.
