Care: It is easiest to clean kitchen paddles immediately after use before food dries on. Hand wash in hot, soapy water, rinse and air dry. Wood expands in water, so soaking in dishwater is not recommended. 

Rubbing food grade oil into your kitchen paddle periodically will help to prolong its life.
